

What services does Onsite Caregivers provide?
Onsite Caregivers provides in-home non-medical assistance to disabled individuals, elderly and other clients. Onsite Caregivers is there to lend a hand and provides clients with trained, insured and bonded caregivers, for just a few hours a day or 24-hour care.
What is the cost for these services?
Onsite Caregivers will customize a plan of care that is unique to every client, and suitable to your budget. There are a couple of factors that helps determine the exact cost- number of hours of care you receive, the level of home care services that are most suitable for you non-medical companion, hands-on personal care, etc.
Are Onsite Caregivers services covered by my private insurance or Medicare?
No. Onsite Caregivers is a private pay company.
Do I pay the caregiver directly?
No. You, or an authorized representative, will be invoiced after the completion of services- usually on a weekly basis.
Are the caregivers fully employed by your agency or are they Independent Contractors?
Onsite Caregivers care workers are actual Employees of the company. As a responsible employer we withhold all State and Federal taxes, provide Workers' Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance (bonding coverage) This protects our clients and their families from the burdensome paperwork and tax liabilities they face when hiring someone independently or through a third party employment or "referral" agency.
Who would I speak with if I had a question at night or on the weekends?
We have staffing coordinators to answer your calls after normal business hours, on weekends and holidays. Onsite Caregivers staff is available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you schedule the same caregiver for each shift?
The same caregiver is scheduled as often as possible. We believe in providing continuity of care and building relationships between the caregiver and the client.
What if I want to change my caregiver?
If at anytime you would like to change your caregiver you may begin the process by discussing the situation with the Onsite Caregivers Staffing Coordinator. We will work with you and your loved one to find the right caregiver for your service needs.
How is the privacy of my personal information maintained?
As a professional organization in the healthcare industry, your information will never be sold to any 3rd party or affiliate under any circumstances. In fact, only the office personnel and caregivers who are directly involved in your services will have access to information related to your care.
Do I need to sign a contract with Onsite Caregivers?
YES. Onsite Caregivers will clearly outline your selected services and the terms of the agreement between you the client and Onsite Caregivers. The agreement serves both parties to ensure a thorough understanding of the services that will be provided. However, clients may cancel the contract at any time.
If I change my mind, do I have to keep the service?
No. You will never be locked into a long-term contract, and Onsite Caregivers will never require you to continue with services if you choose not to continue.
