What services does Onsite Caregivers
provide?
Onsite Caregivers
provides in-home non-medical assistance
to disabled individuals, elderly and
other clients. Onsite Caregivers is
there to lend a hand and provides
clients with trained, insured and bonded
caregivers, for just a few hours a day
or 24-hour care.
What is the cost for these services?
Onsite Caregivers
will customize a plan of care that is
unique to every client, and suitable to
your budget. There are a couple of
factors that helps determine the exact
cost-number of hours of care you
receive, the level of home care services
that are most suitable for you
non-medical companion, hands-on personal
care, etc.
Are
Onsite Caregivers services covered by my
private insurance or Medicare?
No. Onsite
Caregivers is a private pay company.
Do
I pay the caregiver directly?
No. You, or an
authorized representative, will be
invoiced after the completion of
services-usually on a weekly basis.
Are
the caregivers fully employed by your
agency or are they Independent
Contractors?
Onsite Caregivers
care workers are actual Employees of the
company. As a responsible employer we
withhold all State and Federal taxes,
provide Worker's Compensation Insurance
and General Liability Insurance (bonding
coverage) This protects our clients and
their families from the burdensome
paperwork and tax liabilities they face
when hiring someone independently or
through a third party employment or
"referral" agency.
Who would I speak with
if I had a question at night or on the weekends?
We have staffing coordinators to
answer your calls after normal business hours, on weekends
and holidays. Onsite Caregivers staff is available for you
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you schedule the
same caregiver for each shift?
The same caregiver is scheduled as
often as possible. We believe in providing continuity of
care and building relationships between the caregiver and
the client.
What if I want to
change my caregiver?
If at anytime you would like to change
your caregiver you may begin the process by discussing the
situation with the Onsite Caregivers Staffing Coordinator.
We will work with you and your loved one to find the right
caregiver for your service needs.
How is the privacy of
my personal information maintained?
As a professional organization in the
healthcare industry, your information will never be sold to
any 3rd party or affiliate under any circumstances. In fact,
only the office personnel and caregivers who are directly
involved in your services will have access to information
related to your care.
Do I need to sign a
contract with Onsite Caregivers?
Yes Onsite Caregivers
will clearly outline your selected
services and the terms of the agreement between you the
client and Onsite Caregivers. The agreement serves both
parties to ensure a thorough understanding of the services
that will be provided. However, clients may cancel the
contract at any time.
If I change my mind, do
I have to keep the service?
No. You will never be locked into a
long-term contract, and Onsite-Caregivers will never require
you to continue with services if you choose not to continue.
What is the next step?
To start with our in-home care
services, we arrange a time to visit with the family,
responsible party, and / or client to fully discuss the care
situation. Call today to schedule your "No Cost No
Obligation Assessment".
